Jason A. Zamora, CRPC®

As President and CEO of Live Oak Investors, Jason had a vision of creating a Wealth Management Group which could offer something more than just the standard planning and investment packages. With more than 25 years of experience in both the Insurance and Financial Services industry, Jason has assisted thousands of individuals, as well as families and businesses, the ability to pursue success in their financial futures.

As President and CEO of Live Oak Investors, Jason had a vision of creating a Wealth Management Group which could offer something more than just the standard planning and investment packages. With more than 25 years of experience in both the Insurance and Financial Services industry, Jason has assisted thousands of individuals, as well as families and businesses, the ability to pursue success in their financial futures.

Upon graduation from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Jason carried his BBA in Corporate Finance and joined the New York Life Insurance companies at the ripe age of 22 years old. It was here, where Jason set forth towards a lifetime career in the financial services world. At the age of 25, Jason became the youngest Advisor ever promoted to Partner with the New York Life.

Wanting more than just the responsibilities of recruiting and developing, Jason began to reestablish the strong relationships he held in South and Central Texas, and the creation of Live Oak Investors began to take shape. Soon after, in the Fall of 2004, Live Oak Investors established its presence both within Live Oak County and San Antonio, Texas. Live Oak Investors set out to address the needs of individual investors and assist them in planting the seeds for a secure future.

Currently Jason offers securities and Retirement Planning through LPL Financial, where he has the autonomy to assist his clients in implementing various investment strategies. Jason’s primary purpose and passion is to nurture relationships which have been built on confidence, loyalty and trust.

Jason’s principal focus is to ensure his clients fully understand the importance and distribution of the retirement assets which have accumulated within their 401K and Pension Plans. He currently assists in distributions for both pre-retirees and retirees from USAA, Citgo, Valero, CPS Energy, and HEB.

As a Charted Retirement Planning Counselor™, Jason specializes in and provides in-depth knowledge of an individual’s needs both before and after retirement. He diligently covers the entire retirement planning process, including meeting multiple financial objectives, sources of retirement income, personal savings, employer-sponsored retirement plans, income taxes, retirement cash flow, estate planning, and more.

When its time to play, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha and is always excited and trying to keep up with his son Brayden and daughter Blakely. Beside enjoying his home with family, Jason always enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling the country when he can. He also proudly coaches and serves on the Boerne Little League Board of Directors

Thomas Davila

Thomas L. Davila II is a highly esteemed professional serving as both the President and a Wealth Advisor at Revolution Wealth Management LLC since its inception in September 2011. Following the exciting merger between Revolution Wealth Management and Live Oak Investors on July 15, 2023, Thomas continues to play an instrumental role in the newly combined entity.

Thomas L. Davila II is a highly esteemed professional serving as both the President and a Wealth Advisor at Revolution Wealth Management LLC since its inception in September 2011. Following the exciting merger between Revolution Wealth Management and Live Oak Investors on July 15, 2023, Thomas continues to play an instrumental role in the newly combined entity.

As your personal Wealth Manager, Thomas possesses the privilege of being the primary point of contact for clients of all levels, offering comprehensive financial solutions. With a disciplined approach, he guides clients through the development, implementation, and maintenance of their personalized investment plans, providing unwavering support across the wealth accumulation, preservation, distribution, and transfer stages of their lives.

With a remarkable financial services career spanning over 30 years, Thomas embarked on his financial services journey at United Services Automobile Association (USAA), specializing first in the property and casualty insurance division before moving over to the USAA Investment Management Company. He later joined Banc One Securities/Chase Investment Services as a Financial Advisor in Scottsdale, AZ, and subsequently returned to his beloved hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Notably, Thomas excelled as the Investment Sales Manager for the Southwest Texas/Border Market, achieving recognition as a Top Producing Manager in 2006 and 2007. In 2010, he further expanded his expertise as a Financial Advisor at SWBC Investment Services before establishing Revolution Wealth Management, where he focused on delivering exceptional services and strategies to his valued clients.

Thomas’s extensive experience encompasses asset management, retirement planning, retirement consolidation, insurance planning, college planning, and 401(K) strategies, ensuring comprehensive guidance for his clients’ diverse financial needs.

With registrations including the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 through LPL Financial, as well as Texas licenses for Life, Accident, Health, and HMO insurance, Thomas upholds the highest standards of professional excellence. He is also an Investment Advisor Representative.

A proud native of San Antonio, Texas, Thomas briefly resided in Phoenix, Arizona, before happily returning to his roots. Holding a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management from the esteemed University of the Incarnate Word, he actively engages with his community through his involvement in church and youth sports at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Helotes. Thomas treasures quality time with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters, Lexi and Lola, as they embark on this exciting new chapter resulting from the merger of Revolution Wealth Management and Live Oak Investors.

Holly Hagle

Holly Hagle is an accomplished financial professional who has recently joined Live Oak Investors as Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor, effective July 15, 2023. With an extensive background in the industry, Holly brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients.

With an extensive background in the industry, Holly brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients.

Throughout her career, Holly has held key roles in the financial sector, demonstrating her expertise and dedication. She began her journey in the 1990s, gaining valuable experience across various areas of the industry. In 2000, she joined Banc One Investment Corporation as a Financial Advisor, focusing on assisting individual investors in building their wealth and securing their financial futures. Holly’s strategic prowess led her to become a valued strategic partner at Alliance Bernstein Investment Management Company in 2005, where she worked closely with a team of advisors. Following this, she rejoined Chase Investment Services from 2007 to 2011, contributing her skills and expertise to the organization.

In the fall of 2011, Holly co-founded Revolution Wealth Management, LLC, alongside her business partner Thomas Davila, where she played a crucial role in delivering outstanding client service and pursuing optimal performance. However, her dedication to providing exceptional financial advice and guiding clients towards their financial goals has now led her to Live Oak Investors.

Holly’s qualifications include holding several registrations through LPL Financial, including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65. In addition, she possesses a Texas Life and Health Insurance License. Collaborating with a team of para planners, Holly leverages her expertise to provide comprehensive financial planning services to her clients.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Holly actively engages with her community. She is a lifelong member of the San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo, where she has volunteered for 23 years, demonstrating her commitment to supporting local causes. Holly has also served as a panel member of the Texas State Bar Disciplinary Committee of District 10, further highlighting her civic involvement.

To stay abreast of industry trends and developments, Holly actively participates in monthly peer groups with industry leaders. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that she remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving financial landscape, enabling her to provide the highest level of service and expertise to her clients.

In her leisure time, Holly enjoys the companionship of her loyal pets. Additionally, she embraces off-roading activities with her friends, particularly as an enthusiastic member of Bronco nation. As a dedicated supporter of the Spurs, Holly has been a member since 2007 and can often be found cheering on the team at games.

Sylvia M. Lugo

Sylvia Lugo is a highly capable professional who currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Live Oak Investors. In her role, she assumes responsibility for overseeing all technology, operational, and administrative aspects within the firm.

Born in Puerto Rico, Sylvia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Science from the University of Puerto Rico. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated adaptability and resilience by following her husband’s military career for over 20 years, which included residing in Europe for more than 7 years. In 2002, Sylvia relocated to San Antonio, Texas, where she has since made significant contributions to the financial and management industry for over two decades.

Sylvia’s financial journey began at Banco Popular of Puerto Rico, where she gained valuable experience in banking. She continued to expand her expertise in the field with positions at Community Bank in Bamberg, Germany, Intercontinental National Bank, and Falcon International Bank in San Antonio, Texas. It was through her tenure with LPL Financial that Sylvia rapidly advanced in the realms of technology and operations.

Recognized for her outstanding leadership and dedication, Sylvia was awarded the Heart of Victory Medal in February 2000. This prestigious honor acknowledged her exceptional contributions as the leader of the Family Support Group during military deployment and her unwavering support to active-duty soldiers in Bamberg, Germany. Additionally, Sylvia’s commitment to excellence earned her the distinction of Employee of the Quarter in 2008 while working for Falcon International Bank in San Antonio, Texas.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sylvia finds joy in being a Group Fitness Instructor, actively teaching part-time at the YMCA in Boerne, Texas. This passion for fitness and wellness underscores her commitment to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. In her leisure time, Sylvia treasures moments spent with her husband and friends, as well as the exhilaration of riding her motorcycle through the captivating landscapes of the Texas Hill Country.

Megan Mainz

Megan Mainz is a highly accomplished professional who previously served as the Office Manager at Revolution Wealth Management. With a diverse background and a strong commitment to excellence, Megan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

In 2006, Megan graduated with a BBA in Management from Texas A&M Kingsville, building a strong foundation for her career in the business field. Prior to that, she earned an Associates Degree in Management from Palo Alto College in 2004, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

Megan’s exceptional academic achievements led to her induction into prestigious honor societies. She is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society for Business Administration, recognizing her outstanding performance and dedication to the field. Additionally, Megan is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, further exemplifying her commitment to academic excellence.

In addition to her educational accomplishments, Megan holds a Texas Life and Health Insurance License, demonstrating her commitment to providing comprehensive financial services to her clients.

Megan’s professional journey has been marked by diverse experiences and notable achievements. She spent a decade working for Holt CAT, where she held various roles in Financial Marketing, Management, and Financial Merchandising. This extensive experience allowed her to develop a strong foundation in finance and marketing, honing her skills and knowledge in these areas.

Further expanding her expertise, Megan transitioned into the field of Emergency Management, working with grant funding and community emergency management programs for a period of two years. Her dedication to serving her community and ensuring the safety and well-being of others is evident in her work during this time.

For the past three years, Megan has been a valuable member of the Revolution Wealth Management team, serving as the Office Manager. Her exceptional organizational and managerial skills have contributed to the smooth functioning of the firm, enabling the team to deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Megan finds joy in her personal life. She has been happily married for 14 years and is the proud mother of two girls, Emily (9) and Isabel (5). Megan’s spare time is devoted to supporting her daughters’ activities and can often be found at the softball fields, cheering them on.
